Many are aware of the existence of the Rat Mafia, and similar attitudes of distrust and disgust are often levied at Omnimal Rats, whether deserved or not. Omnimal Mice are often seen as diminutive and fragile, or easily startled. Many Omnimals have little respect for any Rodents, as they are part of a cycle of abuse that has existed for centuries. They are the targets of more powerful Omnimal clans, they are captured and sold into forced labor, and they are manipulated and taken advantage of, even by their own people.
