The Astryll are a race of elves who were touched by the magic of a Cosmic Font, which gave them an appearance reminiscent of the night sky. In hues of purple from pale lilac to deep violet, Astryll are often speckled with light, starry freckles, and tattoo themselves with silver and gold to mimic celestial patterns and star charts. Their cosmic Avatars sometimes offer them glimpses across space and time, and will clue them in when something drastically important to the world is about to happen. The Astryll understand that time moves endlessly onward, and that all things someday end. But, they do not allow this existential thought to deter them from action.
