			Goblins are known to be descended from Orcs, though it is a marvel how the towering brutes managed to be mutated into such puny creatures. Goblins possess large, pointed ears, and unlikely body proportions that make them almost look like a caricature. Like Orcs, their skin comes in tones of red, green, and blue. Their civilization began underground, in a sub-city of a sub-city, where runoff and industrial waste has pooled and corrupted the earth, leading to the formation of a Font of Disease.

			Because they descend from Orcs, which are descended from Humans, Eternyll refer to them as "thrice-cursed" (instead of the usual "twice cursed" insult they use for other human-descended races). Despite this misfortune, Goblins are tenacious and often very intelligent. They have an incredible knack for perception, being able to seize opportunities before others are even aware they exist, and thus have engrained themselves at various social levels in many cities.
